On Tuesday we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr Rok, a scientist from the Royal Institution, to our school. P/R3 and P/R4 children enjoyed an hour long science show based on energy, the teachers were treated to a professional development course on practical science and the community enjoyed an evening workshop. All in all we had a great day and there was great excitement and amazement for children and adults alike. We are very grateful to the Royal Institution for providing us with these free workshops.
