On Thursday 30th November 35 of our KS2 pupils became members of our Mini Vinnies group. The Mini Vinnies are a group of children who follow the example of St Vincent de Paul. Our motto 'Turning concern into action' is lived out through actions and events which reach out to those in our community and in our school who are in need. Mini Vinnies introduces children to social justice issues and to living faith through action as part of the St Vincent de Paul Society.
We were delighted to welcome members of our local branch of St Vincent de Paul along to our assembly to present our Mini Vinnies with their badges and certificates.
